Accessibility Statement

CyberInTech is committed to making this website usable by everyone, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and we treat accessibility feedback as a priority, not an afterthought.

Our commitment

Accessibility is part of how we practice cybersecurity: security that excludes people is incomplete security.

CyberInTech designs and maintains this website so that visitors can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with content independently - including visitors who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technologies. Our target conformance level is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the benchmark referenced by most international and Saudi public-sector accessibility policies.

We review this commitment as the site evolves: new pages are expected to follow the same standards, and known issues are tracked until resolved.

Conformance status

Partially conformant. Most of this website meets WCAG 2.2 AA. Some content or functionality does not yet fully conform; those items are listed below and are being remediated. This statement was last reviewed on 20 September 2026.

What we do to keep this site accessible

01

Semantic structure

Pages use proper headings, landmarks, and lists so assistive technology can navigate content logically.

02

Keyboard operability

All interactive elements - menus, links, forms - are reachable and usable without a mouse, with visible focus states.

03

Colour and contrast

Text and interface elements are checked against WCAG contrast ratios, and colour is never the only carrier of meaning.

04

Meaningful alternatives

Images carry descriptive alternative text; icons and controls have accessible names; video content is published with captions where available.

05

Readable content

We write in plain language, keep sentences short, and explain technical terms - accessibility benefits everyone.

06

Responsive and zoomable

Layouts reflow on small screens and support 200% browser zoom without loss of content or function.

Known limitations

Honest disclosure beats a badge. Here is what currently falls short and what we are doing about it.

Third-party embeds

Embedded third-party content (for example, maps or video players) may not fully meet AA in its own interface. We choose accessible providers where options exist and provide the same information in text or direct contact on request.

Legacy PDF documents

Some downloadable documents predate our accessibility process and are not fully tagged. We are converting priority documents to accessible HTML or tagged PDF as they are updated.

Automated-verification limits

We combine automated scans with manual testing, but automated tools cannot catch every barrier. Reported issues help us close that gap faster.

Assistive technology compatibility

This site is designed to be compatible with current versions of:

  • Screen readers: NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android)
  • Built-in operating-system accessibility: Windows Narrator, Magnifier, and high-contrast modes
  • Voice control tools such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking and Voice Access
  • Standard browsers: current versions of Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari

If you rely on technology not listed here and encounter a problem, please tell us - compatibility issues are treated the same as any other accessibility barrier.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of this website depends on the following technologies working with your browser and assistive tools:

  • HTML (W3C standard markup)
  • CSS (cascading style sheets for presentation)
  • JavaScript (progressive enhancement - core content remains readable without it)
  • WAI-ARIA where native HTML semantics are insufficient

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used on this site.

Report an accessibility issue

We take accessibility barriers seriously. Tell us what happened and we will respond - typically within 5 business days.

What to include (helps us fix it faster):

  • The web address (URL) of the page where you hit the barrier
  • A description of the problem and what you were trying to do
  • The assistive technology, browser, and operating system you use
  • Your preferred contact method and format for our reply (e.g., large print, plain text email)

Contact us: use the form on our contact page, or reach the team directly. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and provide a substantive response or fix plan within 5.

Enforcement and formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the concern. Visitors in Saudi Arabia may refer to the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) framework and applicable Saudi regulations on digital accessibility; international visitors may use their national enforcement body for digital accessibility. We will cooperate fully with any formal process and provide the information you need to pursue one.

How we test this website

Accessibility is checked with a combination of:

  • Automated scans on templates and key page types
  • Manual keyboard-only walkthroughs of critical journeys (contact, navigation, reading content)
  • Screen-reader spot checks on new and updated pages
  • Contrast and zoom testing during design changes

Testing is repeated whenever we make significant changes to templates, navigation, or content structure. This statement is reviewed at least annually.
